Annual Sites at Merool

As an Annual Site Holder at Merool, families enjoy year round access to their own site. They have their own private holiday echuca moama accommodation, ideally positioned for the enjoyment of all water based activities or other more leisurely pursuits.

Site holders pay a Monthly Tariff and on a 'user pays' basis for utilities. The tariff schedule is divided into categories, depending on the location and size of your unit/relocatable home/caravan. All the absolute river frontage sites have been upgraded to large relocatable homes. Each annual site holder is allowed 6 nominated persons who have unlimited access to the park and full use of all park facilities. Another 2 people can be nominated on each site by paying an additional small monthly charge.

Family and friends of Site Holders are welcome to stay on-site, nightly fees are $13.50 per person (10 years and over) and children under 10 years are free..

Most Annual Sites are very large and most can accommodate two vehicles or one and a boat.

There is always a good selection of new and pre owned on-site units for sale. Most are on a walk out/walk in basis and offer excellent value.
