On Site Sales are conditional on Merool's "Agreement For Sale & Site Application Forms" being completed and conditions stated therein being complied with. In particular, all purchase monies must be lodged with Merool. This is to ensure there are no outstanding fees for which the purchaser will be liable. Vendors must complete and lodge the On-Site Sale Form with the office prior to the Unit being offered for sale. Purchasers must sign the completed original form as proof of acknowledgement of the conditions. Partnership & Consortium Ownership is not permitted. All Sales are Conditional on Units being used for "family holiday" purposes only and Park approval of all nominated persons.
